Succulent-like leaves with pretty pink or yellow blooms. Makes a great hanging basket for sun or part shade and also as a ground cover.  When the sun hits the leaves, they looked iced over. 

These plants are evergreen here in zone 8.

These plants have been cut back for the winter. You will receive either a pink or yellow gallon size plant. Until they bloom again, I don't know which color they are.
